How to view or amend your existing availability
To view the availability or unavailability that you have already set up, or to amend it, follow these steps:
Step 1 – Select the "Self-Service" option from the main navigation menu.

Step 2 - Select "My Availabilities".

The availabilities/non-availabilities that you have already set up will then display in date order as per this example:

If you need to change your availability/non-availability to work on a date that you have already made a selection for, all you need to is add the availability or non-availability you wish to amend, and the existing availability or non-availability will be overwritten.
If you need to cancel an existing availability or non-availability, please follow these steps:
Step 3 – Select the "Cancel" icon next to the date you wish to cancel the availability or non-availability.
Step 4 - Select "OK" to confirm.

Step 5 – Select the "OK" button when the system advises your availability has been cancelled.
