How to create new User types

New ‘User types’ can be created in the system using the following steps:

Step 1 - Select the ‘System Configuration’ tab. within the Admin Menu section

Step 2 – Click on User Types


Step 3 - Click the orange Plus / Add button in the lower right corner, then press Create.

This will open the Add New User type panel

Step 4 – Enter the name of the new user type in the ‘User type’ field. 


Step 5 – Select ‘OK’ to create the new ‘User type’. A banner will confirm the action has been completed.

Following the creation of the new ‘Usertype’ record, you can then change relevant settings by clicking on the new tile 'Open Record' promote.
