How to toggle between different access levels
There are occasions when managers may request access to view another team’s rosters etc.
Once additional access has been granted select the drop down from the home page situated on the right-hand side highlighted in yellow.

A drop-down menu appears with anyadditional access that has been granted. Click on the required cell and thescreen will refresh to the chosen team and this provides the same level ofmanager access to the chosen team. The manager can then access the varianttiles and review the team’s rosters/Quick Entry Screens and any other tile required.
NB – When toggling between differentaccess, the roster settings revert to Nextra factory settings (red checks), sothese will need to be reset to meet NHSBT requirements via the settings tab atthe top of the roster tile. (see ‘how to updateroster settings’ document)
NB– When the manager next logs in againto Nextra, the system will default to the most previous access level chosen –so this may need changing back to dependant on which team’s information theywant to access. To change back – please follow same steps as above.
