How to update roster tile settings
When a manager first uses the roster tile – they will be presented with Nextra factory settings showing cells with red checks (this will also happen when staff toggle between access roles/types and will need to be reapplied between each switch)
To tailor your settings to meet NHSBT requirements please complete the following steps
Step 1 Click on the settings tab at the top of your screen. Once done then an additional icon will appear above the names on the left

Step 2 Click on ‘Display Options’ and an additonal pop up box willappear

Step 3 Amend the 3 rows highlighted so that Colour by shows as ‘role’, row summary can be any of the options e.g ‘contracted hours provides you with a view of how many hours they have rostered v’s their contracted hours, and column summary shows as ‘location count’.
Once the above have been selected – press ‘Go’
